1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10-20 business days
- European Union: 10-20 business days
- Rest of world: 15-25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

4. ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@relicandco.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but we will do our best to help redirect the package where possible.
